Sore breasts

I normally get sore breasts before my period (like normal) but never really sensitive nipples I've also been having light cramps and soreness on my vagina? Never had that before my period could anyone give me some advice on what it may be I just moved states and don't have any insurance rn just here for some tips please keep them positive I'm young and emotional over having troubles getting pregnant

Also don't know if this has anything to do with it but I've been getting cramps and sick to my stomach also heartburn the last four days at 5 am waking but because I'm nauseous but it seems like it only happens around 5 am the rest of the day I'm fine no heart burn no upset stomach no cramps just confused
