Ok so my other half had his sperm analysis done which wasn’t great news-

Outcome was that in his sample they found only 2 sperm and both were imotile.

My question now is, does this this mean he’s not producing the sperm (would this be classed as 0 sperm, so some form of azoospermia) or is he producing it for there to be 2 in there, although they were imotile?

Also if the imotile sperm were dead and not just imotile what does this mean?

I need some answers and I can’t find anyone that has had similar SA results
