Anyone else feel yucky?

I don’t have the vomiting but I constantly feel like I have a stomach bug. Not sure if it’s symptoms or an actual illness lol my husband is currently fighting a stomach bug but I don’t have the runs like him (sorry tmi). I did have a few days ago but now I’m back to being constipated. I barely want to eat anything because everything makes me feel sick or looking at it makes me feel sick. I have constant nausea but that’s it.

Anyone else feeling the same? I’m currently 7 weeks 5 days.
