Low placenta

Had my anomaly scan yesterday, baby boy is perfect and healthy, but I do have a low placenta which will be checked again at 32 weeks. The nurse didn't tell me much about it and all I can find is complications during birth but not much about during pregnancy.

Are there any risks of a low lying placenta during pregnancy? I did have an emercengy c section in 2018 and I wouldn't mind scheduling a c section again
