Lactating already !?!

Hi so this is really weird but I just found out I’m pregnant about 2 days ago. I am only 3 weeks and 5 days but yesterday and today I felt a tingling sensation that reminded me of that let down feeling you get before pumping. ( I have a 2 year old who was only breastfeed for 4 months) and out of curiosity I realized I could get out a drop or two from each side. Is this insane or has anyone else experienced this?
