Mmc *trigger warning

I had a mmc in June and had to take misoprostol. It was awful. I’m pregnant again (7+4) and have my first appointment next Wednesday. I’ve been so fatigued, had headaches and sore boobs for weeks and all of a sudden yesterday and today the symptoms are gone. My energy is back and my boobs aren’t sore. I’m maybe a little nauseous but I can’t help but worry it’s happening again. I know symptoms can come and go but after a loss in June it’s hard to feel like everythings going to be okay. Not sure why I’m sharing. Maybe others have gone through something similar 🤷🏼‍♀️
