bleeding after masturbating?

today I was masturbating for the first time with my hand because i usually use the faucet or toys. im a virgin, but i have a boyfriend and we plan on having sex soon, and he's fingered me before and his fingers are huge. anyway today I decided to just try it myself because I'm on vacation and it felt really good but when I went to wash my hands i realized my fingers have blood on them. it wasn't like dark red blood it was slightly watered-down blood that looked more orange but it was definitely blood. there also wasn't too much but there was definitely still some. I didn't feel any pain and I still don't feel any pain but I realize the blood was coming from of me and I finished my period last week. i'm on the pill and I have never had any spotting or bleeding outside of my normal period days. can anyone explain this? Because I seriously don't feel any pain and im bleeding. I also have medium long acrylic nails so I'm wondering if that changes anything.
