Pain after ovulation

I ovulated yesterday having some cramping, egg white/sticky with a little bit of blood in my CM.. later that morning I went pee and had light light pink spotting on the toilet paper. I had then had sex with my husband and then today I have been having mild warm cramping in my lower middle abdomen it started shooting into my right ovary causing stabbing sharp pain. Hurts to walk, to sit and pee. I have absolutely no CM and I did stick my finger up there (tmi) and had some CM that was lotion looking but not very sticky at all not egg white or clear at all. What could be happening here?
