Uncertain

So I quit my Birth control about three weeks ago and Glow said my Ov day was last Saturday but I never tested to be sure. Past two days I have noticed very faint spotting, hot flashes, fatigue, anxiety, and a small nauseous feeling in my throat. This morning I noticed a bit more spotting but it’s not found every restroom use. Any thoughts or similar situations?

Also I am about 8 days away from expected AF and I have never spotted before AF before.
