constipation & pregnant
has anyone else been super constipated while pregnant?? i'm 37 weeks and boyyyyy 😣😣😖. i drink tons of water and i'm on iron pills. i'm not sure if the iron pills are causing it but i'm not always constipated it's actually quite rare for me but i have been all day today and it actually physically hurts lol. does anyone know how to relieve it😣😆🤣
