Help need advice ladies little bit tmi

So 2 days ago had sex and ever since had this on and off im cd 16 today normally ovulate cd 14 🤦‍♀️

I'm 21 weeks pp

And had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago aswel was only around 4 weeks

Should I be worried about spotting since having sex 😟 doctors not open till Monday so cant speak to them until then and heads in overdrive thinking the worst 😭

Period due 13th August!
