ACNE HELPPPP

Since I entered my second trimester, the acne is getting sooooo bad! I’m now at 22weeks and it’s getting so bad that it’s making me upset. It’s little red dots everywhere, always under my eyes and a few on my cheeks, but they are super red and look like blind pimples. I get 2 new ones everyday. How can I help this? 😢 I used to have amazing skin but I have these everywhere
