Ladies who had an episiotomy... did you continue life as normal?

Im a year pp and shaved for the first time yesterday (i been trimming and im a single mom, dont come at mw hahah) and oh man the whole time I was having an anxiety attack about hurting where I had a third degree tear/episiotomy (which obvs healed normally). I was soo scared of cutting it open or something!

(Yea I had to shave and not wax as I cant afford it right now)

Is this even possible or just in my head?😅
