Does this sound like a good chance of miscarriage?

Hey ladies. I’m 5 weeks today on the dot and for the past two days I’ve had some light brown spotting. I’ve also had some cramping that’s gotten progressively worse over the last few days and is now at the point of period cramps( I have awful cramps so they’re pretty intense and not just “twinges”). Yesterday I had some darker blood mixed with some red blood and now today when I wiped I have this. It’s gradually getting darker and I don’t really know what to think but is this how a miscarriage started for y’all? Thanks for any help.
