What has worked for you?

Hi ladies!
I’m going on month 8 trying for my second baby after a really quick conception of my first. My doctor doesn’t have any ideas of why it’s taking longer this time around (though still in the normal range). 
I’m using ClearBlue ovulation kits, eating healthy, etc. 
Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone out there has had a similar experience with secondary infertility? Is there anything that ended up working for you?

After my first, we tried for years and I had no luck. I didn’t track ovulation because we had sex literally everyday. I think it was my weight gain from my 1st pregnancy. Once I lost the baby weight- I conceived again.

I wouldn’t say you have secondary infertility just because it’s been eight months so far. Every time will be different, so getting pregnant quick with a first doesn’t mean something is wrong if it’s taking longer with a second. It takes a year to year and a half for a healthy couple to get pregnant, there is only about 30% chance each cycle. I would say keep trying, nothing could be wrong at all, just hasnt happened yet.
