No period But period Pain ?

I’ve been 63 days late to my period … in those 63 days I’ve taken about 3 tests but they all came out negative. I’ve been waking up with HORRIBLE cramps to where i wanna cry and i think

i’m going to get my period but there’s no blood? My breasts were hurting yesterday like crazy without even touching them and today they only hurt if i touch them. is this a sign of getting my period or could it be something else

side note : I’ve been to the ER for something like this i didn’t miss my period but my cramps were horrible that it dropped me to the floor and turns out i have a cyst on my left ovary I don’t know if it has anything to do with it
