Corpus leteum cyst

I’m 6 weeks 3 days pregnant & no yolk sac of fetal HB. I had minor spotting so I went to emergency I’m here now but I’m so scared they are going to tell me I’m miscarrying. Has this ever happened to anyone before. My spotting was very light and I only noticed when I whip, some days it would be there and some days it wouldn’t for about 2 weeks now. No pain & I still have pregnancy symptoms with high hcg levels.
