7 weeks abdominal ultrasound?

my first u/s with my ob isn’t until 9 weeks and i’m having major anxiety with the wait, i just want to know everything is okay in there. i considered going for a private ultrasound this week, i’m 7 weeks pregnant. the only catch is the private place only does abdominal ultrasounds and i’m scared because i’m plus size it’s too early or she won’t be able to see and then i’ll give myself more anxiety and unnecessary stress.

has anyone had luck or issues with an abdominal scan that early?
