Jealous or just attention seeker?!

So my fiance says he does not like the women around here.. But so he looks at them and searches for them online!!! So at work his like all over the women making jokes and carrying things for them! Today I ask him to please carry something for me and he says do it yourself/ I'm busy. So close to them and I can see his hand slide by their bum (the women / woman)

If I had to talk online with other guys he would leave me but I don't do that.

Is it me that's jealous or his just a huge attention seeker?
