Need advice

1 son born march 2010 didnt find out I was pregnant till 14 weeks. I had our baby girl born feb 2020 found out at 7 weeks with vvvfl almost non existent. I've been waking up nauseous, feeling bloated, feeling off. Last week I was having slight pains in my stomach, this week twinging. I've taken plenty of tests all say negative and currently 102 days late. In between doctors right now and can't get in for another week. Has anyone had false negatives before?
