Is it amniotic fluid!!!???

Okay so this morning, just sat on the stairs & BOOM, biggish leak. But it’s a bit yellowy..had a bit of whitish discharge in it. As for smell…wasn’t super peeish..slightly on the “sweet” side if that makes sense…
I had already did my morning pee like 3-4 minutes before the leak happened. Could it have been more pee? Lol even though I did NOT push/ squirt it out? 
Or is it my water having broke?
I’m 39 weeks btw! What’s your opinions/ experiences?

Sweet smell sounds like amniotic fluid. If you’re not sure they can test it at the hospital

You never know. I went in to triage yesterday because I got stood up and a bunch of liquid came out onto my clothes and onto the couch where i was sitting. I went in to pee and clean up and my mucus plug had come out. So, I went to triage to see if my water had broken, just to make sure. I wasn't having contractions, which seemed off to me, but thay can happen. So, I thought it best to check. Turns out it was just discharge and I'm a leaky faucet I guess. 
With my last, my water broke and leaked down my leg in the night, but it was significantly less in volume than the puddle I left yesterday lol. Only going in to get it tested told me otherwise (well that and I had terrible contractions with my second when my water broke).

I’d go get checked. I didn’t have any contractions either time when my water broke.

Are you starting to cramp or contract? 
When my water broke it just leaked out for the first hour or two. I stood over a towel to see if it was my water because I had been sitting on the toilet right when it did but I knew I wasn’t peeing but it was still leaking out. Was confirmed to have been my water. Good luck.

Only way your going to know if its your water breaking is to go in and get checked

If it was yellow and right after you peed, it was probably pee. My water broke all over the floor in the hospital and it was legit clear like water. If you’re worried go in and get it checked out. It can’t hurt!
