So im wondering if its normal to have mild cramping (probably implantation) then have the cramps disappear. I was very symptomatic but when I reached 6 weeks I stopped feeling pregnant minus having vivid dreams and some moodswings. My first ultrasound is not until aug 27th and my bloodwork was just done 3 days ago with a positive HCG level.
