Possible Bartholin Cyst

So I have what I would describe as a red “bulge” or small roundish spot by my vaginal opening close to the perineum. Its pretty small and there might be another one more inside of the opening, but it’s hard to tell. It’s not causing any pain but I think maybe I can feel it when I move certain ways and maybe some discharge is coming out of it. I haven’t been able to find anything online that seems super close to what I have so I don’t know if it’s a cyst or what. I’m also not sure if I should go to the doctor and have it looked at if it’s not hurting or if I should give it time. Any other mamas experience something similar? Any advice?
