Pregnant or paranoid?

I had unprotected sex july 12th. My last period was July 1st-5th. I was supposed to get my period this month on July 30th. I have not gotten it yet, but i have been having stomach cramps the past couple days. I tested yesterday (day after missed period) & it said negative. does anyone have any opinions?

side note: i’ve been pregnant before and do not have any symptoms like i have before. guy said he doesnt think he came in me (pull out method). & I ovulated the 18th of July. idk.
