Need some advice

Need some advice on if I should do anything.

We had some family over yesterday and found out while I was in the kitchen a toddler (4 years old) with a cold sore on lips ended up kissing my 10 week old baby all over after I said not too.. I walked in to see her kiss him all over the face and hands.

I’ve been having extreme anxiety after I walked in to see this.

I didn’t make a big deal but I took him to his room to “change him” but wiped him down everywhere and gave him a bath soon as they left.
