CM during 2WW

Hi, first time ttc, month 4. I’m 9-10 dpo and took my first early response test today (negative). Feeling slightly down, with some normal pms (easily irritated/moody, mild cramping). AF due in 4-5 days. However, something different this cycle (or maybe I’m paying attention more closely)- my CM is thick and sticky, discharge a few times a day when I wipe. Could this be a good sign? I read yes, but the internet will tell you anything you want to hear ☺️. TIA!
