Just started birth control and found out I was pregnant??

Hi everyone. I started birth control about 2 weeks ago. I’ve been feeling extremely off. Sweating, nausea, clammy, crampy, tired, achy…. On a whim I decided let me just take a test and it said positive. I couldn’t believe my eyes so I ran to the store to buy a digital and sure enough it was positive. Could the birth control hurt the baby? I’m so nervous now… I am calling my obgyn in the morning.
