Anxious waiting for first doctors appointment

So I’m 9 weeks along according to the app, but I haven’t yet had my first doctors appointment and won’t for another two weeks. I find myself stressing and worrying about whether there’s actually something in there and fearing that I’ll get to my appointment and they’ll tell me I’m not actually pregnant or something. Has anyone else felt this? How did you ease your mind and anxieties as you waited until your first appointment?
