Ectopic Pregnancy

Hey everyone.. I just wanted to see if anyone can share their experience when or if they went through an ectopic pregnancy. I have endometriosis so unfortunately cramps are an everyday issue. I also have an IUD so the chance of pregnancy is slim but not none. Lately, I’ve been having some symptoms that are abnormal for me such as breast tenderness and a different type of cramping. If anyone can share their story that would be helpful. I have a Pap smear august 4th so I will definitely get tested then but would like some peace of mind
