Symptoms leading to BFP

Hi all, it’s the first time TTC but also the first time off the pill after many years so I am not sure how many of these could be considered symptoms of fertilisation or actually just normal post ovulation effects. If you had a bfp can you say what if any of these you experienced on the 2 weeks wait period leading to BFP:

- breakouts and oily skin

- nausea

-abdominal cramps (specially after BD!!)

-eye twitching (this is very new to me and it’s been quite constant)

I know it’s still early to test but I was wondering if these might mean anything
