Vitamin d3 headache
My blood panel came back and my doctor told me my vitamin D was low. They put me on 5000 IU of vitamin D 3. I have had a headache for the last three days. Has anyone else gotten headaches from D3? Webmd mentioned headaches if too much is taken, but I am taking the prescribed amount. I know it is in my daily, so I have adjusted accordingly.
