Any one else experience spotting during pregnancy ?

I just turned ten weeks & started spotting very lightly only when I wipe should I be worried? I still haven’t had an ultrasound or heard the heartbeat and I’m worried.

I did around 19-20 weeks.
I went for a long walk and then had a very painful BM and there was spotting after. We also had sex the night before.
My OB said it can be common after any of those things as your cervix is very sensitive!

I did have spotting and some light bleeding in the first trimester. Everything was all okay, it was baby just nestling into my uterus more. Tell you doctors about any bleeding though, even light! They’ll probably tell you the same thing.

I had the same exact problem during my 11th week. After the 5th day and after seeing some bright red on two of those days, I went to the ER to make sure baby was okay and she was in there flipping around lol. Spotting was due to a yeast infection. It can also be caused by BV, trichomonas, and Chlamydia so they tested me for all those
