Wow! Dedication is key!!!!

I’ve been working out for over a year. This is just a glimpse at the major difference this calorie deficit has made to my body. I was never too ashamed to be big and work out at the gym. Next month I plan on chasing to a weight lifting gym, where I can work on toning my body even more. Not to bad for a year process. I’ve lost 40ish pounds close to 50, and lost tremendous amount of inches. So proud of this self dedication, and keeping a promise to myself.
