Hot flashes with a newborn
I am 39 years old and I gave birth to our first child 6 weeks ago. It is 100 to 110 degrees outside everyday, A/C doesn’t cut it, and at night I want the fan. My husband (who does a minimal amount of her care but will need to care for her 12+ hours a day alone when I return to work as the sole breadwinner in 2 weeks), says the fan bothers the baby, so I need to deal with my discomfort. I guess I don’t really have a question, just angry and hot.
