Microcephaly? Anyone have any experience?

My baby has been on the smaller side the entirety of my pregnancy. I'm 29 weeks today & I had a consultation with my doctor yesterday because my baby's head circumference is measuring quite small (>5th/>3rd percentile). My doctor said it's technically microcephaly, but he sees this often & babies are usually just fine come birth.

Anyone else have a baby measuring rather small, even seem to have a very tiny head, but come out okay?
