Hsg and ectopic help

Y’all my story has been a rollercoaster.... 4 ectopics, had hsg showed open perfect tubes back in 2018... tried again right after hsg... another ectopic resulting in right tubal loss... moved to ivf... took first time little ones is now 2.... had frozen transfer in dec 2020 failed, another transfer in April was successful but lost baby at 12 weeks... want a little break from ivf so had another hsg today... remaining tube still shows open and in “perfect shape” anyone go through similar and have success??? Tricks? Tips? Give me some hope
