Is it better to TTC first positive or when test line darker then control?

Question

I know I shouldn’t keep testing but just curious. Is it better to TTC when you get your first positive??  Or when the test line is noticeably darker then the control line?? 
Also, hubby and I had intercourse monday and last night (I got a peak on clearblue, the test line was same maybe a tiny bit darker then control line). He’s now gone for 2 days. That should be good enough right?

First positive is what you go by. Peaks can be fast, and are easy to miss, so if you wait around for it, you could be out of luck.

When you get a high OPK you can start BD so that once you get your peak those little guys will be in there and then you should BD on peak day after and the next (bc O will occur within 12-36 hours after peak) 
I track my OPK back down after peak so I know when O occurred.
As you see we BD up until peak and then weren’t able to again bc of his work schedule so hoping since EWCM started Monday those little fellas were nice and ready for the egg once I ovulated .
