Possible pregnancy and miscarriage?

I had gotten what I believe to be implantation bleeding 3 weeks ago, I had light pink discharge. At the time I didn’t really think it was that but now thinking back I think it was. Well my period just started and it’s 2 weeks early, normally it’s always on time never early never late and has started consistent for years, also ik this is tmi but the bleeding is a lot darker and heavier, what could this mean?
