Fail glucose test?
I take my glucose intolerance test on Monday and up until now, l haven’t really been worried about it. I consider myself a healthy eater and workout 6 days a week.
What I hadn’t considered is the amount of fruit I’ve been eating. I eat fruit daily and at all times of the day. For a while, it was the only thing I could stomach but now it’s just habit. Plus, baby goes crazy and moves a ton when I eat fruit :).
I know these are natural sugars so it’s not the same as eating cookies everyday but I’m still worried this will lead to unfavorable results.
Anyone fail their glucose test even after being super careful about your pregnancy food intake?
