3cm dilated🥵

Had an appointment today and was 3cm dilated. Went home and walked for about 10 mins, drank castor oil ( yeah yeah I know🙄) pumped my left boob for about 10 minutes.(did all this around 3ish almost 4pm) Took a nap, woke up and did active labor yoga, & pumped my right boob for about 20 min and then curb walked for about 5 - 10 mins. Now I’m having a little contractions and wanted to know how quickly can I dilate just one more cm? All I need is 4cm for them to admit me
