PCOS and Working out
I was wondering how you ladies with PCOS lost weight. I’m 5’3 and weigh 217 right now. I just found out I have PCOS and have been started on Metformin. I’ve cleaned up my eating for the most part but want to start working out. I also have scoliosis so it’s kinda hard for me to bend over a lot… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
