Is it safe to take cranberry pills during pregnancy?

According to my OB yes. Prior to pregnancy I had a problem with frequent UTIs so my urologist put me on cranberry supplements and vitamin d. Haven’t had a UTI since I started that combo. My OB was fine with me staying on the combo while pregnant.
