When did your little ones sleep through the night without diapers ?

Mine has been potty trained since 2. Hes 3.5 now and we’re starting no diapers at bedtime but even with us not letting him drink before bed and waking him up to pee, he still pees his bed 1-2times! 
Did we wait too long to start or is he still too young? Should we put him back in his pullups? I hated that because there was such a bad stench every morning cuz there’d be so much pee.

If his pull ups are that wet he’s not ready to go thru the night without peeing . So work on waking up with a dry pull up .

This is not something you can train. It's a developmental milestone. My oldest had just turned 5 when she was waking dry the majority of the time. That's when we transitioned to no pullups at night.
It's completely normal for kids to still need pullups until they're around 6-7

My 2.5 year old did it overnight at the same time as potty training. But we’ve gone through a couple regressions, each of them a couple weeks long. 
I did read in oh crap potty training that if they don’t go overnight by 3 it takes longer for their muscles to develop and they often need pull-ups or much longer…not sure the science behind that but the rest of the book was spot on so maybe she’s right 🤷‍♀️
Try the pull-ups with a stocker rewards chart for staying dry overnight.
During the day when it’s not in the moment, talk about goals and how icky pee pee in the bed is. When he owes in the potty celebrate and casually mention, “this is where pee goes, not in our beds, okay hun?” but try not to put too much pressure on him, they react really poorly to pressure, believe me, he’s ashamed, even if it doesn’t show.
And cut off all liquids after dinnertime except for one little sip of water after brushing teeth. I kept a shot glass with a golden rim by the sink when we were training, he loved drinking from his tiny golden cup 😊

One of my boys have had the opposite issue, since he was 2 he would wake up dry but I can’t get him to potty train during the day. His twin brother, isn’t potty trained at all. They started to be potty trained during the day, then we got Covid, had a baby, took a really long time to fully recover, and their potty training regressed.

I would keep him in a pull up and have him go potty before bed. Maybe even wake him in the middle of the night to have him go potty? 
My son is 3 and I did not transition to no pull ups through the night until he went a couple months with a dry pull up in the mornings. Now I just have puppy pads under his sheet in case he has an accident.
