How to deal with the heartbreak

TTC for 13months. My daughter's birthday was yesterday and friends of our announced they are pregnant...yay super exciting for them, I wish them all the best.. But you guys....at my daughter's birthday!? I had 4 breakdowns yesterday..it was suppose to be a happy day for us...I know they meant well...but Idk how to deal with this heartbreak. I'm scared because she was one of 4 of my friends ttc I'm going to have to go through this at least 3 more times....help. 😭

Also went to the gym to let out the negative energy...beat on a punching bag and lost it in the middle of the gym..
