I have COVID-19 and my job wants me to work

I have COVID-19, literally just got out of ER bc how bad i am, chills, overheating, 103. Fever, throwing up not eating lost insane amount of weight and my job says I need to come in and work my shift tomorrow, I'm a waitress so I'm out in the front. Is this not illegal?!?!? They won't even give me a letter saying I'm out because of covid so I can get help with bills also I've only been out of work for 8 days sick, your thoughts??

I work the a bowling alley, privately owned, these are the owners I'm dealing with, no HR and health department said since there's no mandates doesn't matter, I I live in Alabama and we have people dying left to right , I honestly can't even stand more than mins how dizzy I am
