Totally confused - Need Advice!

Hi Ladies,

My body is SO confusing right now and I’m asking for your help/advice.

I had a D&C 9.5 weeks ago and started spotting last Thurs. The bleeding never filled a tampon, was brown blood w/ clots and only lasted one day.

Well, today I was feeling some slight ovary pain, which I get around ovulation, so I took an opk and got a big time positive (see below).

My cycles are SO off that I have no idea if I’m getting a period LH surge or if this is ovulation spotting (which I’ve never had before)? Any advice?
