Is today CD1 for me?
I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but I am so confused. I started very very light spotting yesterday and it got heavier today. I got a full flow about an hour ago around 7pm. Is today still cycle day 1 for me? Or do I just count it as spotting since I spotted most of the day and tomorrow will be CD1 since it’s the first full day?
