It looks like heat rash to me give him a bath, but no lotion. Heat rash is just pores that are clogged with sweat. So clean him, let him air dry, keep him cool, and don’t clog his pores further with any oils or lotions.

It is very common for infants and toddlers to get rashes when they have a virus or some sort of cold, even if you don’t realize they are sick. That is probably what it is. I wouldn’t do anything to it but watch it for a couple days. If it spreads or gets worse, call the doctor but my guess is that it’s a rash from a cold and will go away on its own. Your doctor probably has tele-visits, see if they can do that to check out your baby.

How old is he? If he can have Benedryl give him some and give him a bath and some lotion. His skin is probably just irritated by something. Any other symptoms?

My baby did this! i was explained some babies instead of throwing up and getting sick like that they break out and i just gave her some benadryl and she was fine but she was closer to 2, i dont know what to give a younger baby, but thats what helped hers.
