Trying cows milk instead of formula

Hey mommas, need some help. My little one just turned 1 and we just had her 12 month wellness check up. The doctor said I can go ahead and try to give her cows milk. She did have a milk allergy when she was 2-3 months and they switched her to soy isomil similac. But, now that it’s been a while I did try to give her cows milk the other day and I didn’t notice any allergic reaction like a rash or hives. She only drank 1 ounce and refused the rest and when I tried to give her formula she refused it too. So Instead if giving her cows milk I just kept her back on her soy formula and she’s been fine. I need help. Don’t know how I can get her to drink more cows milk.
