In my Mom group chat one of my friends joked that me (26w) and another pregnant lady (37w) must be missing sex. I said that I was still having it and did with my last pregnancy the whole way through. A few of my friends said that was gross or "🤢" reacted to my comment. It was awkward sometimes in my 3rd trimester but that was it 🤷‍♀️ I'm not sure why it's so gross and now I feel a little insecure 😶 am I normal?

They’re the weird ones. Nothing gross about pregnancy sex. Its not as easy for sure lol we have to be creative when it comes to positions because my husband is a shorter guy with a bit of a gut so doggy doesn’t really work well for us, and I have knee issues so have a hard time being on top :( 
With my last 2 pregnancies we actually did it while I was in early labour, contractions were only mild so sex was a nice distraction 🤣😅 also semen helps soften the cervix and orgasms help the uterus contract, they actually recommend sex as a way of inducing labour for those reasons🤷‍♀️

I can have all the sex I want right now and not have to worry about a newborn waking up or discerning if this is the right time to have another baby. I'm gonna have all the sex!!! Baby 4 and we have all the sex when I'm pregnant (only the last pregnancy was I not into sex pregnant or while breastfeeding).

I’ve had bleeding on and off my entire second trimester. Worse after sex. I was in L&D last week because of bleeding and all they could tell me was I had a sensitive cervix and bleeding could occur with normal daily activities. It’s to the point where he refuses to have sex with me. It’s been a month. I can count on one hand how many times we’ve had sex in the last 27 weeks.

Bless their hearts! Im currently 28 weeks, and it’s almost a daily occurrence around my household. 😅 To each their own when it comes to how they feel and whether they want to have sex or not, but my hormones make me feel like their already trying for baby #2 when baby #1 is still baking in here! 🙈 Granted, as I get larger, things have to be modified quite a bit….but honestly, the sex helps me to relax and de-stress after working all day. I would make no plans to stop enjoying it just because some other ladies find it gross. What happens in your bedroom (or kitchen…or living room….you get the point 😂) is your business alone friend! ❤️😘
